At Pinakeey, we are committed to delivering your order safely, quickly, and transparently. Please read our simplified and clear shipping terms below.
Order Processing & Dispatch
All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours.
In the event an item is out of stock, your order will be automatically cancelled, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier details via WhatsApp and Email.
Tracking updates are usually visible within 24 hours of dispatch.
Shipping Charges
Standard Orders
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹799.
- Orders below this value will have a standard delivery fee, displayed during checkout.
Bulk / Wholesale Orders
- All bulk/wholesale shipments include shipping charges, regardless of order value.
- Charges are based on weight, quantity, and delivery location.
- Shipping cost will be shared and confirmed before payment.
Delivery Timeframe
- Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer depending on the logistics partner.
Delivery Coverage
Pinakeey delivers to most serviceable locations across India.
The website will automatically confirm delivery availability once you enter your pincode at checkout.
Mode of Delivery
Orders are delivered through trusted third-party courier partners or Postal Services.
Delivery may occur in multiple shipments if your order contains more than one product.
If You Are Not Available at Delivery
- The courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- They may also contact you via phone call or SMS.
- If the parcel remains undelivered, it will be returned to the origin, and you will receive a full refund.
Delivery Responsibility
- A delivery confirmation/signature may be required.
- Pinakeey is not responsible for goods accepted by anyone other than the person ordering at the address provided.
- Pinakeey is not liable for any damage after successful delivery.
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.
Delivered Status But Not Received
If your order shows “Delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please notify us within 24 hours.
Delays in reporting may limit our ability to investigate with the courier company.
Delays & Cancellations
While we try to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
If your order cannot be delivered within the expected period, you will be notified.
You may choose to wait or request cancellation.
Pinakeey is not liable for any indirect loss, damages, or compensation arising from delayed delivery or cancellation due to:
a) product unavailability,
b) incorrect address, or
c) logistics issues beyond control.
