Return, Refund & Replacement Policy – PINAKEEY

This Return, Refund & Replacement Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which PINAKEEY (“Company”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us”) shall provide after-sale support to
customers (“You”, “Your”, or “Purchaser”) in relation to products purchased from our platform.

By purchasing from PINAKEEY, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. General Principles

1.1. PINAKEEY ensures that all products are delivered in good faith, genuine condition, and in compliance with the description provided on our platform.

1.2. This Policy shall apply only to cases of genuine manufacturing defects or damages in transit, and shall not apply to buyer’s remorse, dislike, change of mind, or casual purchase decisions.

1.3. Customers are expected to exercise due diligence prior to placing an order. PINAKEEY shall not entertain claims made with casual intent, such as testing products for personal satisfaction and then seeking a refund/replacement.

Return Policy

2.1. Returns shall be permitted only if the product suffers from:

  1. (a) a manufacturing defect, or
  2. (b) physical damage during transit attributable to delivery.

2.2. The return request must be raised within five (5) days of receipt of the product. No claims beyond this period will be entertained.

2.3. Mandatory Conditions for Return:

  1. (a) The Purchaser shall provide a complete unboxing video of the product, recorded continuously from the moment of opening the parcel until the defect/damage is visibly established.
  2. (b) The video must be without pause, editing, or interruption. Edited/paused videos will render the claim invalid.
  3. (c) The Purchaser must submit the original invoice/bill copy along with the return request.

2.4. Products that are used, tampered with, or damaged deliberately shall not qualify for returns.

2.5. Products returned without following the above protocol shall be summarily rejected without explanation.

Refund Policy

3.1. Refunds shall be processed only if replacement is not feasible.

3.2. Once approved, refunds shall be credited back to the Purchaser’s original mode of payment within ten (10) to fifteen (15) working days, subject to the processing timelines of
banks/payment gateways.

3.3. Refunds shall not include shipping, handling, or ancillary charges incurred during the order process.

3.4. The Company reserves the absolute right to amend, alter, or withdraw this Refund Policy without prior notice

Replacement Policy

4.1. Replacement is applicable only in the following cases:

  1. (a) Defective product received
  2. (b) Damaged product in transit
  3. (c) Incorrect item/model delivered

4.2. Replacement will not be processed if:

  1. (a) Serial numbers/warranty seals have been tampered with
  2. (b) The product shows evidence of improper use, electrical faults due to customer’s environment, or deliberate damage
  3. (c) No unboxing video is provided

4.3. Replacement is subject to product availability. Where replacement is not possible, the matter will be treated under the Refund Policy (Clause 3).

Branded Company Products (LED Lights, Appliances, Electronics)

5.1. PINAKEEY is a facilitator/reseller of branded company products. 

5.2. For such products, warranty and replacement obligations rest solely with the manufacturer and shall be governed by the respective brand’s terms. 
 
5.3. Customers are advised to approach the authorized service centers of the manufacturer for warranty claims. 
 
5.4. PINAKEEY expressly disclaims liability for warranty/guarantee of branded products, beyond initial verification at the time of delivery

PINAKEEY Branded Products

6.1. Products bearing the PINAKEEY brand shall carry warranty/guarantee as specifically mentioned on the product page.

6.2. If such product develops a defect within the warranty/guarantee period, PINAKEEY will repair or replace the item, subject to:

  • (a) The Purchaser providing a valid invoice/bill copy
  • (b) The defect being covered under standard warranty conditions

6.3. Warranty claims shall not be entertained where:

  • (a) The product has been tampered with or damaged deliberately
  • (b) Misuse, mishandling, or improper installation is evident

Legal Disclaimer

7.1. PINAKEEY shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising out of misuse of products or fraudulent claims.

7.2. This Policy is binding and shall prevail over any oral assurances or informal communications.

7.3. The Purchaser acknowledges that product images on the website are indicative, and minor variations in color/appearance shall not constitute grounds for refund/replacement.

Jurisdiction

8.1. This Policy and any disputes arising thereof shall be governed by the laws of India.

8.2. The courts at Delhi, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any claims or disputes arising under this Policy.

Policy Amendments

9.1. The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or revise this Policy at any time, without prior notice.

9.2. Purchasers are encouraged to review the Policy periodically on our website for updates.
