Terms & Conditions for Institutional Orders – PINAKEEY

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all Institutional Orders placed with PINAKEEY (“Company”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”).
By requesting a quotation or placing an Institutional Order, the Purchaser (“You”, “Your”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Quotation & Fees

• A quotation fee of ₹251 shall be charged for every Institutional Order request.
• The quotation fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• If the quotation is accepted and the order is confirmed, the ₹251 fee will be adjusted in the total order value.
• If the order is not placed, the quotation fee will not be refunded.

Payment Terms

• Institutional Orders follow a strict payment structure:
  • 70% advance payment at the time of order confirmation.
  • 30% balance payment must be completed before dispatch.
• No order shall be dispatched unless 100% payment is received and acknowledged by PINAKEEY.

Order Confirmation

• All order details (product specifications, quantities, pricing, delivery terms) shall be confirmed in writing via official email.
• Dispatch will proceed only after written acceptance of the quotation and terms by the Purchaser.

Dispatch Timeline

• Orders will be dispatched within 24–72 hours after receipt of full payment, subject to stock availability.
• Dispatch timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics or operational factors.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping charges for Institutional Orders are borne by the Purchaser.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Orders are delivered through third-party courier/logistics partners.

Returns, Refunds & Replacement

• Institutional Orders are non-returnable and non-replaceable.
• Replacement requests shall not be accepted.
• Refunds shall be considered only if the product is unavailable or the order is cancelled by PINAKEEY before dispatch.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable in all cases.

Warranty & Guarantee

• Warranty or guarantee for products is covered solely by the respective manufacturer, not by PINAKEEY.
• Purchasers must contact authorized service centers for warranty claims.
• PINAKEEY shall not be liable for after-sales service of manufacturer-branded products.

Limitation of Liability

• PINAKEEY shall not be responsible for:
  • Improper installation or misuse of products.
  • Damages occurring after delivery.
  • Any indirect or consequential losses.

Product Representation

• Product images are for reference only.
• Minor variations in color, design, or packaging shall not be considered defects.

Policy Modification

• PINAKEEY reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Updated Terms shall be effective immediately upon publication.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
