Return, Refund & Replacement Policy for Bulk Orders–PINAKEEY

This Return, Refund & Replacement Policy (“Policy”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between PINAKEEY (“Company”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us”) and the purchaser/customer (“You”, “Your”, or “Purchaser”), governing all bulk transactions made with PINAKEEY.

By confirming a bulk order with PINAKEEY, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and expressly agreed to the terms and conditions of this Policy.

Advance Payment & Order Confirmation

1.1. For all bulk orders, the following payment terms shall strictly apply:

  • (a) 70% advance payment at the time of order confirmation.
  • (b) The remaining 30% payment must be made before dispatch of goods.

1.2. No bulk order shall be dispatched until full payment is cleared and duly acknowledged by PINAKEEY.

1.3. Every order confirmation, including specifications, quantities, and commercial terms, shall be framed in writing via official email communication. Delivery will only be processed after written acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms by the Purchaser.

Scope of Return Policy

2.1. Bulk orders are generally non-returnable and non-replaceable, except in cases where a product suffers from:

  • (a) A manufacturing defect, or
  • (b) Transit damage to fragile items (e.g., fancy glass lights, LED TVs, or other glass-based products specifically prone to breakage).

2.2. Products such as fans, wires, switches, commercial lights, appliances, or electronic items shall not qualify for return/replacement on grounds of breakage during transit, as these
items are not inherently fragile.

2.3. Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as:

  • (a) Purchaser does not like the product.
  • (b) Product was ordered for “testing” or casual purposes.
  • (c) Any non-defective item returned under buyer’s remorse.

Mandatory Conditions for Returns

3.1. All claims for defective or damaged items must be supported by a continuous, original unboxing video.

3.2. The unboxing video must:

  • (a) Begin from the moment the package is sealed.
  • (b) Be recorded in one single sequence without pause, stop, edit, or tampering.
  • (c) Clearly show the defect or damage at the time of unsealing.

3.3. Claims supported by edited, interrupted, or tampered videos will be summarily rejected.

3.4. The original invoice/bill copy must be provided with every return/replacement request.

Delivery & Shipping Charges

4.1. All delivery, freight, and transit charges shall be borne solely by the end consumer.

4.2. Shipping and handling charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

Warranty & Guarantee Coverage

5.1. For branded/company-manufactured products, warranty/guarantee claims shall be governed exclusively by the respective manufacturer’s policy. Customers are required to
approach the authorized service centers of the respective brand for after-sales support. 

5.2. PINAKEEY acts only as a facilitator/reseller of branded products and shall not be liable for warranty obligations of such products.

5.3. For PINAKEEY-branded products, warranty/guarantee coverage shall apply as per the product-specific warranty terms.

  • (a) In the event of a genuine defect within the warranty/guarantee period, PINAKEEY shall repair or replace the item.
  • (b) Purchaser must provide a valid invoice/bill copy to avail this facility.
  • (c) Warranty shall be void if the product has been tampered with, deliberately damaged, or misused.

Refund & Replacement

6.1. Refunds shall be considered only if replacement is not possible.

6.2. Approved refunds shall be processed to the Purchaser’s original mode of payment within ten (10) to fifteen (15) working days, subject to banking timelines.

6.3. Refunds shall exclude shipping/delivery charges and other non-refundable components.

6.4. The Company reserves the absolute right to modify, amend, or withdraw this Refund Policy without prior notice.

Limitations & Exclusions

7.1. PINAKEEY shall not entertain return/refund requests for:

  • (a) Products deliberately damaged or tampered with to create false claims.
  • (b) Items returned beyond the 5-day claim window.
  • (c) Claims unsupported by original invoice or unboxing video.
  • (d) Bulk orders placed for “sample testing” or “trial purposes”.

7.2. PINAKEEY reserves the right to blacklist any customer found making fraudulent or repetitive claims.

Disclaimer

8.1. Product images displayed on the website are indicative only. Minor variations in shade, design, or packaging shall not constitute valid grounds for return or refund.

8.2. The Company expressly disclaims liability for losses arising out of misuse, negligence, or improper installation of products by the Purchaser.

8.3. The Purchaser acknowledges that by confirming the order, they have reviewed and accepted all terms contained herein.

Jurisdiction

9.1. This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

9.2. All disputes, claims, or proceedings arising under this Policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
